Account Payable Team leader

Job Summary Pave Logistics and Trading is seeking a highly organized and experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader to oversee and manage the accounts payable function. The successful candidate will supervise the AP team, ensure timely and accurate payment processing, and maintain strong internal controls in compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the accounts payable team Review and verify invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents Ensure timely processing of supplier payments and expense claims Monitor payable aging and maintain accurate vendor balances Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and other departments Prepare monthly AP reports and support financial closing activities Maintain proper documentation and filing systems Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation
