Plant Controller (Finance)

Key Responsibilities Lead all financial activities of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Develop and monitor standard costing and analyze production variances (material, labor, overhead) Prepare and present monthly financial reports and performance analysis Ensure accurate inventory valuation and control (raw materials, WIP, finished goods) Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve plant profitability Partner with production, procurement, and operations teams to support decision-making Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Oversee capex tracking and financial evaluation of plant investments Support audits and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
