Serta Investment Hub Project The Serta Investment Hub Project is a landmark mixed-use development currently under construction. The project integrates commercial spaces, office facilities, investment spaces, and residential apartments, designed to create a modern business and living environment that meets international standards of quality, functionality, and sustainability. The project has progressed to the Finishing and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction stage, which requires experienced professionals capable of managing the complex coordination, quality control, cost monitoring, and contract administration associated with finishing works and building services installation. To support the successful and timely delivery of the project, we are seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join our project team. The project requires professionals who are capable of working in a fast-paced construction environment, ensuring high standards in contract administration, project planning, cost control, architectural design, and reporting. Job Purpose The Contract and Planning Engineer will be responsible for contract administration, project planning, progress monitoring, and reporting, ensuring that project activities are executed in accordance with contractual requirements, project schedules, and performance targets. Required Number:  One Key Responsibilities Contract Administration Administer construction contracts in accordance with contractual provisions, specifications, and project requirements. Monitor compliance with contract conditions by subcontractors. Review and manage variation orders, claims, extensions of time, and contractual correspondences. Maintain proper documentation of all contract-related communications and decisions.   Planning and Scheduling Prepare and update detailed project schedules using planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. Develop work breakdown structures (WBS), resource loading, and activity sequencing. Analyze schedule performance and identify critical path activities.   Monitoring and Reporting Track project progress against approved schedules and milestones. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Conduct schedule variance analysis and propose corrective actions. Support project management in decision-making through performance analysis.
