Department — Contract and Commercial Department Position : Subcontractor Management Engineer Ref : EC-2026-015 Vacancies : 1 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Subcontractor Management Engineer will manage the subcontractor prequalification, selection, and procurement process, prepare and issue subcontract agreements and work order packages, and monitor subcontractor performance against contract terms, schedules, and quality standards. The role evaluates and processes subcontractor payment applications and claims, maintains a comprehensive vendor database with performance ratings, coordinates with project teams to resolve disputes, and develops supply chain risk assessments and contingency plans.
