Description
Job Purpose: To support the efficient operation of the Go-To-Market (GTM) system by ensuring data accuracy, real-time monitoring of field activities, performance reporting, and operational coordination. The role ensures that the field force operates with updated information, synchronized devices, and adherence to route plans, while providing analytical insights to improve sales productivity and distribution performance. 2. Field Force Monitoring & Operational Support Monitor daily field synchronization status and ensure all sales representatives start and end their day in the system. Identify and resolve pending system requests such as outlet creation, route changes, and pricing updates. Ensure field staff operate within assigned routes and follow planned journey cycles. Support supervisors by flagging non-compliance and operational anomalies in real time. 3. Data Analytics & Power BI Monitoring Use Power BI dashboards to track real-time sales and distribution KPIs such as: Strike rate Drop size Route compliance Visited vs billed outlets Identify underperforming territories, coverage gaps, and product availability issues. Provide actionable insights to sales supervisors and regional managers for performance improvement. 4. Reporting & Performance Tracking Prepare and distribute daily sales performance reports comparing actuals against targets. Conduct weekly productivity analysis of the field force and highlight key trends. Compile comprehensive monthly GTM performance reports including route efficiency, sales performance, and coverage metrics. Maintain historical performance records for management review and decision-making. 5. GPS Tracking & Fleet Monitoring Monitor vehicle movements using GPS platforms to ensure route adherence and field discipline. Track and report driver behavior, including: Over-speeding Excessive idling Route deviations Escalate irregularities to supervisors and fleet coordinators for corrective action. 6. FSMS & Product Recall Support Support Food Safety Management System (FSMS) requirements by maintaining accurate traceability records within the GTM system. Assist in executing rapid product recall procedures by identifying and tracking the distribution of specific batches to outlets. 7. Data Reconciliation & Compliance Review daily working hours and activity logs of sales representatives to ensure compliance with company policies. Ensure all field transactions are synchronized before end-of-day closure. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between planned routes, actual visits, and sales records Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Field synchronization compliance rate Data accuracy of outlets and pricing Timeliness and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly reports Route adherence and reduction in out-of-route visits Reduction in system-related field complaints Response time to resolve GTM system issues
