Junior Accountant - Manufacturing industry

Job Summary  Balezaf Alcohol and Liquors Factory P.L.C is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with established accounting procedures. This role requires a strong grasp of Peachtree accounting software and a proactive approach to supporting the factory’s financial health.  Key Responsibilities Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update day-to-day financial transactions in the Peachtree accounting system.  Documentation: Prepare, verify, and archive payment vouchers, receipts, and invoices.  Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and basic budget reports.  Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify accounts payable/receivable records.  Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize financial data and generate tracking sheets for factory inventory or expenses.  Compliance: Ensure all financial activities align with company policy and local regulatory requirements.
