Fleet Manager

Job Description Adulina Coffee Exporter PLC, a leading exporter of premium Ethiopian Arabica coffee, is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee the company’s vehicle fleet and ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective transport operations. The role involves managing drivers, scheduling routes, maintaining vehicles, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Fleet Manager will play a critical role in supporting coffee sourcing, processing, and export logistics while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and cost control. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise the company’s fleet operations and drivers. Plan and optimize vehicle routes for collection, delivery, and export operations. Ensure timely maintenance, servicing, and regulatory compliance of all vehicles. Monitor fuel usage, operational costs, and driver performance. Implement fleet tracking and reporting systems. Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth logistics. Maintain accurate fleet records, reports, and compliance documentation.
