The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting management in financial decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and support junior accounting staff. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and company policies. Perform account reconciliations and analyze financial discrepancies. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Supervise and mentor junior accountants, reviewing their work for accuracy. Coordinate with external auditors and support the audit process. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making. Assist with process improvements to enhance financial reporting and internal controls.
