Job Summary The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the organization’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business development and program enrolment. The role requires a highly creative and data-driven professional capable of managing multi-platform campaigns aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Design and execute an integrated social media strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Develop structured content calendars and campaign plans to ensure consistent and strategic communication. Define target audience segments and tailor messaging to maximize engagement and conversion. Manage and expand the organization’s presence across relevant digital platforms. Lead the creation and publication of high-quality digital content, including graphics, videos, captions, stories, and short-form media, in collaboration with Creative teams. Oversee and manage official company accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Adopt active online community engagement by responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries. Plan, implement, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns to achieve defined performance targets. Analyze campaign data and prepare periodic performance reports with actionable recommendations. Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all digital channels. Continuously improve campaign effectiveness through data-driven optimization and efficient budget allocation. Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
