It also produces wood and concrete lacquers as well as adhesives for the wood and leather industry. Position Summary The Assistant Manager-Project Sales & Filed Readiness is responsible for driving project-based sales, strengthening field capability, and leading marketing and activation initiatives that support business growth. The role combines strategic project sales leadership with robust marketing execution to enhance product adoption, field readiness, and influencer engagement. Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Required No.: 1 Candidate Job Type: Full-Time Key Duties and Responsibilities Identify key project opportunities and drive end‑to‑end project-based sales. Engage contractors, developers, architects, and consultants to influence product specification and placement. Build strong relationships within the construction ecosystem to maximize project penetration. Manage the project sales pipeline and ensure coordinated execution with internal teams for pricing, supply, and delivery. Monitor market trends, assess competition, and drive initiatives that enhance project conversion. Train internal sales teams and external stakeholders (contractors, applicators, influencers) on product knowledge and application standards. Strengthen field readiness by enabling sales teams with tools, materials, and insights. Support local teams in influencer management and capability building. Formulate annual marketing and activation plans aligned with unit objectives. Lead ATL communication inputs and manage BTL activations via coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Activation teams. Support new product launches including planning, execution, and field adoption. Enhance consumer and influencer understanding through research, U&A studies, and insight mining. Develop and execute brand/product initiatives for the network, applicators, and end consumers. Own and manage the Influencer Loyalty Program—driving registration, engagement, and usage. Lead and monitor the Champion Contractor Initiative (CCA) nationwide. Manage the Safe Painting Service (SPS) including revenue generation, personnel, and process compliance. Plan and execute influencer activations and product demonstrations across key markets. Lead digital marketing initiatives and train unit teams in website and social media management. Create retailing roadmaps and enhance the range of retailing services offered. Coordinate with Sales & Marketing to customize activation content and calendars. Develop input plans and track execution to achieve sales and activation targets.
