Senior Midwife

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Midwife to lead our maternal health team. This role requires a blend of clinical excellence, mentorship of junior staff, and a commitment to the patient safety standards (SafeCare/ISO) currently being integrated across our clinical workflows. Key Technical Responsibilities Advanced Clinical Care -  Manage high-risk labor, deliveries, and postnatal care with minimal supervision. Process Adherence - Strictly follow the hospital’s clinical workflows and safety protocols (ISO/SafeCare) to minimize medical errors. Technical Assistance -  Provide hands-on support to the Junior Midwifery staff during difficult clinical procedures without formal administrative oversight. Documentation & Reporting -  Maintain precise medical records and contribute data to the hospital’s quality and engagement analytics. Equipment Stewardship - Ensure all clinical tools and maternity ward infrastructure are ready for immediate use.
