Foreman - Automotive

Plans, assigns and supervises the work of skilled and semi-skilled employees engaged in auto mechanical/auto electrical repair work. Guides and personally perform various difficult auto mechanical, auto electrical CV C EV works. Differentiates and reports warranty repairs from customer paid repairs. Ensure that all spare parts issued for vehicles under repair are properly fitted to the respective equipment. Makes continuous follow-up of ordered parts and sublet works until they are received by respective technicians. Follow-ups and inspections that new and/or replaced parts are kept properly after collecting from the stores and/or removing from the equipment respectively. Ensure that the job cards are immediately transferred to Reception and Dispatch Section after the required maintenance and repair work are completed. Responsible for all vehicles under maintenance are in convenient condition for maintenance and customer properties. Make sure that the necessary safety devices are in place, in good working condition and up-to-dated. Proposes reorganization and technical improvements of the Shop. Ensure that all safety precautions are taken by each technician in the workshop. Performs other related work as assigned by immediate supervisor.
