Description
To ensure that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate. To monitor all restaurant and banquets operations, especially during peak business periods, working under the supervision of the respective Head of Department / Leadership Committee member to make adjustments where necessary. Supervise and support restaurant and service staff Ensure high standards of customer service. Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards Assist with inventory control, ordering, and stock management Help prepare staff schedules and coordinate team activities. Help to conceptualize promotions and activities over a longer time frame and in the day to day operation Support the hotel in achieving sales and service goals
