Trainee Analyst

We work with governments, development partners, private-sector actors, and investors to design and deliver solutions that drive measurable impact. We are seeking motivated graduates with strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving to join our 3-month Trainee Analyst Program. This program provides hands-on experience in consulting and advisory work, exposure to high-impact projects, and professional mentorship. High-performing trainees will transition to a Junior Analyst position upon successful completion of the program. Key Responsibilities Identify, acquire, and validate data from documents, databases, field interviews, and other sources. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights. Support strategy development and prepare analytical briefs, meeting minutes, and policy summaries. Contribute to visual presentations, dashboards, and infographics to communicate findings effectively. Engage with clients and stakeholders through interviews, calls, and meetings. Present analysis and recommendations to ACE leadership. Assist with operational initiatives, research assignments, and business development activities. Support knowledge management and documentation for ongoing and completed projects.
