Description: To manage the backend administration of the new SFA system, ensure smooth functionality, provide technical oversight, and deliver actionable sales insights. This hybrid role strengthens both system stability and commercial decision-making through accurate reporting and analytics. Responsibility: A. System Administration (Backend Support) Manage user creation, access control, password resets, and profile updates. Troubleshoot system errors, bugs, synchronization issues, and escalate to the development partner (Theia) when needed. Perform routine system health checks and ensure data validity and consistency. Support configuration of system workflows, approvals, dashboards, targets, KPIs, and route structures. Monitor integrations between SFA and NAV/ERP. Coordinate testing of new features, updates, and releases. Maintain system documentation and issue logs.
