Workshop Manager

Job Summary The Workshop Manager is responsible for overseeing all activities within the ATM Maintenance Workshop, ensuring that defective ATM components and modules are repaired, refurbished, and tested efficiently. The incumbent manages workshop engineers, technicians, and spare parts coordination to maintain high-quality repair standards, minimize downtime, and support overall ATM network performance. The Workshop Manager also ensures adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards. Major Duties and Responsibilities Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ATM hardware & software systems, diagnostics, and module repair. Leadership & Supervision: Ability to lead and motivate technical teams effectively. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled at diagnosing complex mechanical and electronic faults. Planning & Organization: Capable of managing multiple repair workflows and meeting deadlines. Quality Focus: Ensures adherence to OEM standards and repair accuracy. Communication Skills: Strong reporting and coordination skills across work units. Safety Awareness: Knowledge of electrical and occupational safety protocols.
