About Natanim Charitable Organization (NCO) Natanim Charitable Organization (NCO) is an Ethiopian indigenous civil society organization working in the areas of mental health, psychosocial support, and disability inclusion. The organization works to promote awareness, learning, advocacy, and capacity building for individuals, communities, and institutions. Under its ongoing initiatives, including the CADiR (Collective Action for Disability Rights) Project, supported by NORAD through Atlas Alliance and Youth Mental Health Norway, NCO seeks to engage a qualified Graphic Designer / Multimedia Consultant to develop professional visual and multimedia communication products that support awareness campaigns, learning materials, and documentation of NCO’s activities and impacts. General Information Position Title: Graphic Designer / Multimedia Consultant Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Employment Type: Consultancy / Contract-Based Duration: One-year framework contract (renewable based on performance and project needs) Working Arrangement: Assignment-based production of materials as requested by NCO Posted Date: March 25, 2026 Application Deadline: April 08, 2026 Scope of Work The Graphic Designer / Multimedia Consultant will support NCO in transforming organizational materials into creative and engaging visual and multimedia products. NCO will provide the content ideas, messages, technical information, training manuals, reports, and activity photographs/videos, which the consultant will convert into professional design and multimedia products. Key tasks include: 1. Graphic Design and Visual Communication Design social media graphics, posters, leaflets, brochures, banners, and infographics. Prepare visual layouts for reports, manuals, publications, and presentations. Develop illustrations and pictorial content related to psychosocial support, mental health, and disability inclusion. 2. Video and Multimedia Production Produce short awareness videos for social media platforms. Develop animated educational clips and motion graphics explaining key concepts related to psychosocial support and disability inclusion. Produce long documentary videos highlighting NCO’s projects, activities, success stories, and learning experiences. Edit training, event, and field documentation videos. 3. Awareness and Learning Materials Convert training manuals and technical documents into simplified visual learning materials. Support awareness campaigns and knowledge-sharing initiatives through engaging multimedia content. 4. Branding and Communication Support Ensure all materials follow NCO branding and communication standards. Maintain consistency of visual identity across social media, printed materials, and digital publications.
