As the company scales up infrastructure to lead the regional creative economy, we are seeking a high-caliber Office Operations & Communications Coordinator to serve as our brand's professional Face and operational communication anchor. THE ROLE Conceptualize & Execute: Create high-end 2D/3D motion graphics, VFX, and broadcast-ready visual identities. Lead & Mentor: Oversee junior design staff and establish professional department workflows. Master the Stack: Expert-level command of After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema 4D/Blender. Quality Control: Ensure every frame produced meets the Visionary benchmark of excellence.
