Senior Accountant

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. • Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company. • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. • Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Perform complex reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. • Coordinate and lead internal and external audits. • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. • Review and approve financial transactions and journal entries. • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management. • Participate in the development and improvement of accounting policies and procedures. • Keep up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects and initiatives.
