Department — ENGINEERING & TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT Position : Specification Specialist Ref : EC-2026-008 Vacancies : 1 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Specification Specialist will prepare comprehensive project specifications covering all construction divisions, research and evaluate materials, products, and systems for suitability and code compliance, and coordinate with design teams across all disciplines to ensure specifications reflect detent. The role maintains the company's master specification library, reviews vendor submittals during procurement, ensures specifications meet building codes and sustainability requirements, and prepares specification responses to contractor RFIs and substitution requests.
