As part of our 2026 strategic transformation, we have established a new, centralized Project and Performance Council (PPC) to enhance governance, performance monitoring, and execution excellence across our six key subsidiaries: OVID Construction, OVID Real Estate, Kavod Commercial, OVID Road, OVID Aluminum Formwork, and OVID Respan Design. The Council operates with 65 professionals across Leadership, Construction Operations Directorate, and Engineering Services Directorate, including a state-of-the-art Project Control Situation Room. We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join this new council and help us deliver projects that shape the nation. ABOUT THE JOB: The Digital Dashboard Engineer is the technical master of the Situation Room's visual interface. Reporting to the Situation Room Manager, you are responsible for deg, developing, and maintaining the interactive dashboards that bring our project data to life. Your skill in transforming raw data into intuitive, visually compelling, and highly functional displays will be critical for enabling executive leadership to monitor portfolio health at a glance and drill down into the details when needed. Dashboard Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive performance dashboards using leading BI tools (Power BI is preferred). Translate business and performance monitoring requirements into effective and user-friendly visualizations. Create intuitive, visually compelling displays that enable rapid understanding of complex data. Develop drill-down capabilities that allow users to explore data at different levels of detail. 2. User Experience & Visualization Best Practices: Apply data visualization best practices to ensure clarity, accuracy, and impact. Continuously improve dashboard design based on user feedback and emerging best practices. Ensure consistency in visual design, color schemes, and layout across all dashboards. Optimize dashboards for different devices and display environments (including Situation Room large screens). 3. Performance & Maintenance: Ensure dashboards are optimized for performance, accuracy, and data refresh rates. Monitor dashboard performance and troubleshoot any issues. Maintain version control and documentation for all dashboards. Implement data refresh schedules and ensure dashboards display the most current data. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts and integration engineers to understand data structures and ensure seamless data flow into dashboards. Collaborate with the Senior Data Analyst to translate complex analyses into clear visual elements. Gather requirements from stakeholders (Deputy CEO, Engineering Services Director) and translate them into dashboard features. Provide training and support to users on dashboard functionality. 5. Innovation: Stay current with developments in BI tools and data visualization techniques. Explore new visualization types and interactive features to enhance the Situation Room's capabilities. Recommend new tools or approaches to improve dashboard design and functionality.
