Electrical Engineer

The Electrician Engineer at Blue Elephant Fiberboard Manufacturing Plc plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems. Based in our South Ethiopia Regional State office, this full-time position is ideal for a dedicated and skilled mid-level professional with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of basic PLC principles and electrical engineering for wood manufacturing machinery. Responsibilities include circuit analysis, troubleshooting, and implementing electrical projects to support manufacturing operations. We are seeking a team player with a strong commitment to excellence to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct circuit analysis to ensure the efficiency and safety of electrical systems.                                                                Design and implement electrical systems and components for manufacturing processes. Understand and implement basic PLC principles in electrical system. Perform electric welding tasks as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime. Develop and maintain electrical documentation, including schematics and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with manufacturing equipment. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical installations. Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations. Assist in the training of junior engineers and technicians on electrical practices. Manage projects related to electrical upgrades and installations. Work overtime as required to meet project deadlines.  Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in electrical engineering.
