POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for managing the implementation of the hotel's sales and marketing strategies and for achieving the budgeted top-line revenue. The role is responsible for maximizing profitability for the hotel and ensuring the delivery of outstanding service to all customers. REPORTS TO: General Manager
