Company: Ge'ez Coffee (Sister company of Besys Technologies PLC)    Job Title: Coffee Packaging Worker    Number of Positions: 2    Job Summary   The primary role involves assisting the production process by weighing, packaging, and preparing roasted or ground coffee for the market in accordance with the company's quality, hygiene, and standards.   Key Responsibilities   Weighing and Measuring: Accurately weighing the required amounts of coffee (e.g., 250g, 500g, 1kg) and transferring them into packaging bags. Machine Packaging: Utilizing packaging machinery to heat-seal bags and ensure they are airtight. Labeling: Correctly applying labels to each packet, including the product name, quality grade, production date, and expiration date. Quality Control: Verifying that sealed bags are not torn or improperly closed, and maintaining overall product cleanliness. Carton Organization: Arranging packaged products into large cartons to prepare them for sales or export. Workplace Hygiene: Regularly maintaining the cleanliness of the packaging machines and the general work area.
