Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Laboratory Center Branch Manager

he Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, performance, and growth of the Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Laboratory branch. This role ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, efficient service delivery, and effective team management. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management Oversee daily operations of diagnostic imaging (e.g., X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound) and laboratory services Ensure smooth workflow, minimal downtime, and timely reporting of results Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and accreditation requirements Implement and monitor quality control systems for both imaging and laboratory services Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems Staff Management Supervise, train, and evaluate medical and administrative staff Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage Promote teamwork, professionalism, and continuous development Financial & Administrative Oversight Manage branch budget, expenses, and revenue performance Monitor billing, insurance claims, and cost control measures Prepare operational and financial reports Patient Care & Service Excellence Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction Address patient concerns and resolve complaints effectively Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards Business Development Identify opportunities to expand services and improve efficiency Build relationships with healthcare providers and partners Support marketing and outreach initiatives Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science, Radiology, Healthcare Management, or related field (master’s preferred) Proven experience in diagnostic imaging or laboratory services Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
