Rental car vehicle Bid Advertisement JaRco Consulting PLC is a privately owned Ethiopian International Development Consulting Firm established in 2007. JaRco’s headquarters are located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. JaRco is a registered and licensed consulting firm under the license number 020/2/4920/2000, issued under Commercial Registration, with Business License Proclamation No. 686/2010 and Federal Regulation No. 13/1997 of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE). JaRco’s provides targeted technical assistance to multilateral and bilateral donor agencies such us Master card foundation World Food Program (WFP) and others Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs), governments, universities and think-tanks JaRco has the capacity to implement complex and comprehensive activities in the following areas: baseline surveys; mid-line and end-line evaluations of projects implementing Monitoring and Evaluation Systems for integrated and sector-specific projects and programs etc.  JaRco consulting Plc invited interested eligible car rental company for Provision of vehicle hire service for a period of one year and with a possibility of renewing for an additional one year subject to satisfactory performance.  All interested Bidders shall collect the JaRco RFP/RFQ bid proposal document in person from Wednesday March 25 to April 03 Friday- 2026 from 8:30 Am to 5 PM at our office Our office is located behind Seven Eleven Supermarket on the road from Torhailoch to Sost Kutir Mazoriya - here is a link to the address on google maps ( https://maps.app.goo.gl/MwM81Guc1kiRbwbu6 ).  Submission method: a Hard copy for financial and Technical to our JaRco office is located at Addis Ababa around Old airport area Infront of Golf Club behind Seven Eleven supermarket in person at JaRco office front Desk Reception. The final bid submission date on April 08-2026 at 3:00 PM. Bid received after the deadline will not be considered.
