Our teams of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff, work tirelessly to provide essential medical services, emergency relief, and long-term healthcare programs.MDM–France invites qualified candidates to apply for the following position    Position Title:                                         GBV case worker /Female only Duty station:                                           Tigray region, Based in Chila  Employment Term:                                 4 months (Maternity Cover)                         Reported to:                                            Health Program Manager Required positions:                               1 (One)     Job Summary The position holder will base at Tigray region: Chila Woreda. The overall responsibility of the position holder is to conduct GBV case management activities and strengthen GBV response referral pathway. She will be under the direct supervision of the Health Program Manager with technical links with the mission GBV Advisor.          Essential duties and responsibilities. Case workers will provide case management services to survivors, including referrals to existing services at the woreda, will conduct follow up and update status of referral cases. She will support updating service mapping on their coverage area and coordinate with other GBV actors in the woreda. Prepare and compile weekly and monthly reports and share with relevant stakeholders and immediate supervisors. Develop and implement individual case management planning for GBV survivors Ensure regular follow-up of the implementation of the case plan for each clients Coordinate with other Protection actors to coordinate the implementation of international and national standards and consideration of protection issues. Identify additional needs of the survivor and collaborate with other internal and external sectors to meet the needs  of the survivor. Provide confidential referral based on the best interest of the survivor to other service providers as part of case management; follow-up to ensure that all the cases adequately receiving needed support once referral has been made. Support the delivery of formal and on Job training and coaching for health and community workers  Participate in the assessment, monitoring and auditing of mainstreaming activities Support the development of GBV prevention awareness messages and assist community volunteers in raising awareness about GBV.
