Duties & Responsibilities: Executing R&D plan, programs and procedures for new and optimized products developed by R&D team leader   Executing research and developments projects, priorities and targets to support business requirements  Playing major roles and coordinating activities of product development (New Product and Optimization) Foster an environment that supports an engaged safety and quality culture. Maintained a SAFE ZONE to employees by ensuring all hazards are identified, reported and removed. Report all unsafe conditions, near misses and unsafe behaviors  Report all accidents and incidents within the time frame provided by Wilmar manually and then on Enablon. Develop and prepare raw material, packing material and finished product specification based on the outcome of the research and development project.  Development of process parameters to be followed on production process  Establish and maintain testing procedures for assessing raw materials, in both process and finished products Preparation of Standard operating procedure for production process Responsible for solving of technical issues that arise during the development; production and operational phase of the developed product.  Assess technical risks and mitigation plan Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems on process problem that occur during product development and production.  Perform other related duties.
