Department — ENGINEERING & TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT Position : Lead Architect Ref : EC-2026-002 Vacancies : 1 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Lead Architect will lead the full architectural design process from concept through construction documentation, manage and mentor the architectural design team, and develop and present design concepts to clients incorporating vision, budget, and functional requirements. The role ensures all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability criteria, reviews and approves architectural drawings and shop drawing submittals, coordinates with BIM teams, and provides design support during construction including RFI responses and site visits.
