Urgent - MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) Consultant

Role Summary: The MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) Consultant will support the design, implementation, and management of MEAL systems at Geneva Global Ethiopia (GGE) Amhara Field Office (AFO), as well as provide remote support to Oromia Field Office (OFO) programs. This role ensures robust data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive evidence-based decision-making and continuous program improvement. The MEAL Consultant will also facilitate learning and accountability processes, strengthening overall program effectiveness and impact Core Responsibilities Reviewing and developing system to implement existing MEAL plans, indicator tracking tools, and results frameworks to ensure they align with organizational and donor standards.  Implementing data collection tools on Kobo Toolbox, managing databases, and conducting data quality assessments (DQA) to verify the accuracy of field reports Leading midline, PDM surveys and managing external evaluators or consultants for specific project assessments.  Preparing quality narrative and quantitative reports for Consortium that summarize achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.  attend and prepper update for TWG and MEAL working session meeting  Mentoring staff and partners on MEAL methodologies, digital data collection tools, and reporting formats Ensure compliance with donor and organizational reporting requirements Data Management and Analysis Oversee accurate and timely data collection, entry, and validation. Manage program databases and ensure data integrity and security Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify trends and inform program adjustments Produce data visualizations and dashboards for internal and external. Learning and Knowledge Sharing Organize reflection and learning sessions with program teams and partners. Document and disseminate lessons learned and best practices. Support adaptive management approaches based on MEAL findings. Facilitate participatory learning processes with stakeholders Reporting and Documentation Prepare high-quality periodic reports for donors, management, and other stakeholders. Develop presentations and briefs to communicate program progress and impact. Maintain comprehensive documentation of MEAL activities and findings
