Development of NaPAN Strategic Plan (2026–2030) The National Podoconiosis Action Network (NaPAN) is a consortium of civil society organizations committed to eliminating podoconiosis and related skin NTDs in Ethiopia. NaPAN is registered by the Agency for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO) with registry number 2705. Its physical office is located at Kirkos Sub City, Woreda 4, House Number 844, Tsenage Building, 6th Floor, Office Number 601, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. NaPAN intends to recruit a competent freelance consultant or consulting firm to lead the development of its five‑year Strategic Plan (2026–2030).
