Serta Investment Hub Project The Serta Investment Hub Project is a landmark mixed-use development currently under construction. The project integrates commercial spaces, office facilities, investment spaces, and residential apartments, designed to create a modern business and living environment that meets international standards of quality, functionality, and sustainability. The project has progressed to the Finishing and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction stage, which requires experienced professionals capable of managing the complex coordination, quality control, cost monitoring, and contract administration associated with finishing works and building services installation. To support the successful and timely delivery of the project, we are seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join our project team. The project requires professionals who are capable of working in a fast-paced construction environment, ensuring high standards in contract administration, project planning, cost control, architectural design, and reporting. Job Purpose The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities on site, coordinating finishing and MEP works, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and the project schedule. Required Number:  One Key Responsibilities The Site Engineer shall perform the following duties and responsibilities: Supervise daily construction activities on site and ensure proper execution of works. Coordinate finishing and MEP works. Monitor work progress and ensure activities are executed according to the approved schedule. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and technical standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical issues. Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality of materials and workmanship. Verify quantities of executed work and support progress measurement. Identify potential construction risks and propose mitigation measures. Maintain daily site reports and document project progress. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Assist in preparing progress reports for project management.
