Job Description Adulina Coffee Exporter PLC is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily coffee processing operations, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and safe production. The role involves supervising staff, managing production schedules, maintaining equipment, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to meet export standards. The Plant Manager will play a critical leadership role in managing the company’s processing facility, ensuring operational excellence, quality control, and workforce performance. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations of coffee processing lines, including washing, drying, grading, and packaging. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations. Plan production schedules aligned with sourcing and export timelines. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate plant staff performance. Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency. Implement continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and quality. Coordinate with Quality, Logistics, and Procurement teams to meet delivery commitments.
