Today, the company continues to innovate and diversify, providing residential, commercial, and construction solutions while upholding excellence, reliability, and customer satisfaction About the Job Carry out Structural Analysis and Design of Mid-rise Apartment Buildings. Carry out drafting and detailing works in AutoCAD. Interpret structural drawings and resolve technical discrepancies between architectural, MEP, and structural elements. Provide immediate technical solutions for unforeseen site conditions (e.g., poor soil bearing capacity, conflicts in reinforcement). Coordinate with the Architect for any required field changes, ensuring proper documentation via RFIs (Requests for Information) and change orders. Supervise all structural works on site, including earthworks, formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, steel erection, and masonry. Verify that all work is carried out in strict accordance with approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications. Monitor the quality of materials delivered to site (e.g., steel reinforcement, concrete, structural steel) and coordinate sampling/testing with the materials engineer. Ensure all structural activities comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and company safety policies. Participate in safety audits and hazard identification related to structural stability. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors to ensure smooth sequencing of structural activities. Attend weekly site coordination meetings to report on structural progress, delays, and technical issues. Coordinate with the geotechnical engineer regarding foundation works and soil testing.
