ERP & Inventory System Officer

TACON PLC SARL oversees procurement, warehouse operations, customs coordination, and inventory governance across its construction and infrastructure projects in Guinea and West Africa. As project volumes increase, the Logistics Division is reinforcing its team to improve procurement transparency, ensure material availability aligned with project schedules, and reduce supply chain risk exposure. TACON PLC SARL invites qualified candidates to apply for the following positions within the Logistics Division   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   The ERP & Inventory System Officer will record Goods Receipt Notes, Material Request Notes, and stock transfers in the ERP system, maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory data, and generate stock movement and inventory reports. The role supports audit documentation and stock verification activities, assists in resolving system discrepancies, and ensures the ERP inventory module is maintained as the single source of truth for all warehouse operations.. 📍  Salary: Negotiable but attractive. ℹ️  Employment Term: Permanent.  📍  Duty Statio n: Guinea, Conakry
