Saving mobilization and member relations officer

Position: Saving mobilization and member relations officer  Location: Head Office  Company: Henosis SACCO  Henosis Saving and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd (HSACCO) is legally registered organization by the Cooperative bureau of Nifas Silk Lafto Sub city. Henosis SACCOS has a vision to be ‘ one of the best SACCO in Ethiopia that fulfills its members’ economic and social needs by 2030” with mission of ‘Improve socio-economic conditions of members & other people through mobilizing saving and creating access of credit’.  Job Summary:  The position is responsible for members and stakeholders engagement, saving mobilization, promotion, members saving collection sheet preparation and saving follow up, and mobilization of strategic resources to support Interest Free Banking (IFB) system in the SACCO. S/he will also oversee overall functioning of the IFB using members’ relationship with the SACCO to ensure effective organizational performance in managing the Society.
