For over 29 years, we have been at the forefront of addressing the multi-dimensional challenges faced by marginalized children, particularly those with disabilities. Our holistic programs span across Addis Ababa, Oromia, Amhara, Sidama, Southern Ethiopia and Afar, focusing on Comprehensive Community-Based Rehabilitation (CCBR), inclusive education, child protection, and humanitarian response in conflict-affected areas. The Role: MERL Officer We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, and Learning (MERL) Officer. This is a pivotal role designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between data collection and institutional learning, ensuring our 29-year legacy of impact is documented, measured, and scaled. Key Responsibilities Framework Development: Design and implement robust MERL systems, Log Frames, and indicators specifically tailored for disability-inclusive and CBR programming. Data Excellence: Lead the collection of high-quality qualitative and quantitative data from urban and rural project sites. Reporting & Compliance: Draft comprehensive, evidence-based monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for donors and the ACSO and signatory organizations.  Learning & Adaptation: Facilitate learning workshops to translate field findings into actionable program improvements. Digital Transformation: Manage and update beneficiary databases using mobile data collection tools (Kobo Toolbox/ODK).
