Senior Procurement Engineer (Foreign)

TACON PLC SARL oversees procurement, warehouse operations, customs coordination, and inventory governance across its construction and infrastructure projects in Guinea and West Africa. As project volumes increase, the Logistics Division is reinforcing its team to improve procurement transparency, ensure material availability aligned with project schedules, and reduce supply chain risk exposure. TACON PLC SARL invites qualified candidates to apply for the following positions within the Logistics Division   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   The Senior Procurement Engineer will review technical specifications and BOQs prior to sourcing, identify and evaluate international suppliers for technical equipment and materials, and prepare and analyse RFQs and commercial bids. The role negotiates pricing, delivery schedules, and warranty terms, coordinates international shipping documentation, ensures supplied materials comply with project specifications, and maintains the approved supplier technical database.     📍  Salary: Negotiable but attractive. ℹ️  Employment Term: Permanent.  📍  Duty Statio n: Guinea, Conakry
