Job Summary  We are seeking an experienced Software Development Team Lead to oversee the architecture, development, and delivery of modern web, mobile, and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team of developers working with Flutter for mobile applications and backend/frontend technologies including Node.js, NestJS, Express.js, Next.js, Nuxt.js, Vue.js, Laravel (PHP), Django, FastAPI, and RESTful APIs, while also providing technical leadership and guidance for Odoo ERP implementations and integrations. The Team Lead will collaborate closely with product owners, designers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality, and secure applications that align with business objectives. This role involves technical decision-making, mentoring developers, enforcing best practices, and ensuring efficient project execution across multiple platforms and technologies. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead and mentor a team of software engineers with multiple tech stacks Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (Community/Enterprise). Review code, enforce development standards, and ensure best practices. Architect scalable and maintainable Odoo solutions and Website. Manage module versioning, deployments, and upgrades. Project & Delivery Management Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders. Estimate development efforts and manage sprint planning. Ensure timely and quality delivery of Website and ERP projects. Handle production issues and provide L2/L3 support. Development & Integration : Oversee development of scalable web platforms, mobile applications, and backend services. Design and manage RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. Ensure seamless integration between mobile apps, web platforms, ERP systems, and third-party services. Guide development of Odoo modules and ERP customizations. Support integration with payment systems, logistics platforms, CRM systems, banking services, and other external platforms. Collaborate with DevOps teams to support deployment, infrastructure, and system reliability.
