Serta Investment Hub Project The Serta Investment Hub Project is a landmark mixed-use development currently under construction. The project integrates commercial spaces, office facilities, investment spaces, and residential apartments, designed to create a modern business and living environment that meets international standards of quality, functionality, and sustainability. The project has progressed to the Finishing and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction stage, which requires experienced professionals capable of managing the complex coordination, quality control, cost monitoring, and contract administration associated with finishing works and building services installation. To support the successful and timely delivery of the project, we are seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join our project team. The project requires professionals who are capable of working in a fast-paced construction environment, ensuring high standards in contract administration, project planning, cost control, architectural design, and reporting. Job Purpose The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for quantity take-off, cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control, ensuring the project is executed within approved financial parameters while maintaining accuracy in measurement and valuation of works. Required Number:  One Key Responsibilities: Quantity Surveying Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. Verify quantities for executed works and prepare payment certificates. Maintain accurate records of project quantities and measurements. Cost Estimation Prepare cost estimates for construction works based on BOQ, drawings, and specifications. Analyze cost components including labor, materials, and equipment. Assist in preparation and review of project budgets. Cost Control Monitor project expenditures and compare them against approved budgets. Conduct cost variance analysis and identify potential cost overruns. Prepare cost reports and financial forecasts for project management. Contractual Valuation Evaluate contractor payment applications and variation claims. Support procurement and subcontractor negotiations through cost analysis.
