Mechanical Designer

Mechanical design for Vehicles Body & Metal Workshop is responsible for Deg, developing and prepare technical drawings (blueprints) used to build a wide array of fabricated metal products, as well as the required inspection documentation that is used to perform quality assurance. Key Responsibilities    Create detailed mechanical designs and drawings for machine and Vehicles Body components and systems using design software (Solid Works, CATIA..)    Develop and prototype new parts, tools, and equipment.    Translate customer requirements, drawings and specifications into fabrication drawings, as directed by Gen Met engineers     Prepare BOQ of a product     Inspect the conformance of produced items with the drawing intent.    Conduct field evaluation of new products and investigate problems associated with existing products.    Communicate design concepts and progress to stakeholders through presentations and reports.    Maintain detailed records of all design processes, changes, and test results.    Prepare technical documentation, including user manuals, assembly instructions, and maintenance guides. metal vehicles
