Senior Accountant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong practical experience in audit operations and deep knowledge of Ethiopian tax, customs, and revenue systems. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling complex financial tasks, ensuring full compliance with regulations, and working effectively under pressure.   Key Responsibilities:   Handle day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. Manage and support internal and external audit processes. Prepare and review financial statements and reports. Handle tax calculations, declarations, and submissions. Deal directly with customs, tax, and revenue authority matters. Ensure full compliance with Ethiopian tax laws and regulations. Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain proper documentation and record keeping. Identify financial risks and provide solutions proactively. Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
