Position : HR DEPARTMENT MANAGER Ref: HRD-2026-001 Vacancies: 1 RESPONSIBILITIES The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, oversee workforce planning and recruitment strategies, and manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit. The role administers compensation and benefits programs, ensures compliance with labor laws and company regulations, and supports performance management and staff development initiatives. The HR Manager maintains accurate employee records, coordinates expatriate and local staff requirements, and provides strategic HR guidance to senior management to align people practices with organizational goals. Salary : Negotiable but attractive. Employment Term : Permanent. Duty Station : Guinea, Conakry — West Africa Note : French language proficiency is required for all positions. ERP/software tool familiarity is an asset for office-based roles. Candidates with prior experience in construction or infrastructure companies will receive preferential consideration.
