Production Worker I

JOB Summary: The Production Worker I is responsible for supporting production operations within the factory. The role focuses on learning and assisting with basic production tasks, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and contributing to efficient manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities: ·   Assist in daily production activities under supervision. ·   Follow instructions and standard operating procedures for production tasks. ·   Learn to operate machinery or perform manual production work as required. ·    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. ·    Participate in quality checks and report any deviations to supervisors. ·    Record production activities, output, and observations as instructed. ·    Participate in on-the-job training and skill development programs. ·    Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.
