About the Job The Office Assistant will be located in Buie, near Butajira. Their role includes providing comprehensive administrative support, managing office communications, maintaining filing systems, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, handling deliveries, assisting visitors, supporting new employee onboarding and payroll preparation, and performing various clerical tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the office, including handling phone calls and correspondence. Maintain office filing and documentation systems, both physical and digital. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, etc. Assist in the preparation of outgoing letters, reports, presentations, and other documents. Handle incoming and outgoing letters and deliveries. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and data. Perform general clerical tasks, such as letter preparation (in Amharic and English), photocopying, and data entry. Arrange and handle new employee onboarding and payroll preparation. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
