Senior IT Project Manager

Job Description The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for the professional planning, execution, and closure of multiple IT projects, including ITSM and EPM implementations. This role focuses on delivering projects on time and within scope while maintaining high quality and stakeholder satisfaction.  ​Core Responsibilities  ​Team Coordination: Lead onsite and remote teams to manage project activities and obtain necessary stakeholder approvals. ​Project Tracking: Manage timelines, project budgets, and key milestones to ensure smooth delivery. ​Communication Hub: Act as the central point of contact for all project-related communications. ​Risk management: Proactively identify and manage project risks to minimize impact on deliverables. ​Customer satisfaction: Ensure alignment between customer expectations and delivery outcomes through disciplined execution. ​Documentation: Maintain project documentation and report status on tasks regularly.
