Ensuring proper material requirement planning C place orders on time Develop service schedules, assign jobs, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Implementing 5S and KAIZEN standards within the workshop. Maintain quality control standards and compliance with manufacturer specifications. Ensure proper diagnostic and repair procedures for both traditional and electric drivetrains. Responsible for the safety of workshop tools and equipment. Other activities assigned by immediate supervisor Oversee EV diagnostics, battery health checks, and high-voltage system repairs. Implement manufacturer-approved EV service procedures and safety protocols. Ensure technicians are trained and certified for EV maintenance and repairs. Maintain specialized Workshop assets and tools and EV tools, charging infrastructure, and software updates.
