  • Ethiopia Branch is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support the organization in managing end-to-end human resource functions and overseeing office administration activities. The HR Generalist will provide first-level HR support to employees and managers while ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance with labor laws, and a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level HR support to employees and managers on employment-related queries. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (job specification, screening, interviews, onboarding). Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and maintain applicant tracking systems. Implement and manage structured onboarding processes. Support compensation benchmarking and annual salary review processes. Act as HR Business Partner to managers when required. Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, templates, job descriptions, and employee handbook. Maintain HRIS systems and ensure accurate reporting and data integrity. Support learning & development initiatives and skill-gap analysis. Oversee office management activities through supervision of the Office Administration team.
