Department — BIM & Digital Engineering Department Position : Digital Engineering Specialist (4D/5D Planner) Ref : EC-2026-013 Vacancies : 1 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Digital Engineering Specialist will develop 4D construction simulations by linking BIM models with project schedules, create 5D models integrating cost data with BIM for real-time budget tracking and cash flow forecasting, and prepare visual construction sequence animations for client presentations. The role supports decision-making through scenario analyses and phasing alternatives, implements and maintains digital twin solutions for project monitoring, develops standard procedures for 4D/5D model creation, and trains project teams on tools and workflows.
