Department — Planning and Monitoring Department Position : Cost Control Engineer Ref : EC-2026-023 Vacancies : 1 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Cost Control Engineer will establish and maintain project cost control systems including budgets, cost codes, and WBS, monitor actual costs against approved budgets to identify variances and trends, and prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and estimate-at-completion analyses. The role evaluates and processes variation orders and change requests, conducts earned value analyses, supports procurement with cost benchmarks and financial evaluations, and coordinates with accounting and finance teams for accurate project financial reporting.
